minimalist posters (part 1)

I have recently discovered my love for minimalist posters. I love them! Some, naturally, are better than others, but the best convey the idea of the story, the main motifs, and the most important symbols in a simple manner.

I'm going to start off with posters for Lucas and Spielburg films.

    Although Empire Strikes Back is my favorite film, the first poster above is my favorite of these. It really captures the brilliant Binary Sunset scene well. It is one of the best uses of cinematography in the Star Wars films. Thanks for the shout out.

    I'd say my second favorite is the top poster.;)
